Hey guys so I know about the mentioning of The Rock being president in one of the trailers for the Sonic movie. He had tweeted a clip of this trailer saying "So crazy I used to love playing Sonic in college. Many moons later this... life can be so damn wildly unpredictable and surreal at times".
The director Jeff Fowler responded tweeting "Still time for a #SonicMovie
cameo @TheRock!!".
So now after seeing the movie and everything I read that at FAN EXPO Vancouver Neal McDonough, who played Major Bennington, or Major Nobody Cares had said “I’m looking forward to part two. Literally, part two, I’ve already heard rumblings that The Rock is going to be in it. The Rock is in part two of everything, by the way.”.
Now we can only take this at face value at this point it could have very well been a joke for all we know. However these comments and the previous tweets already has people talking on Twitter, with many suggesting The Rock would be a perfect fit for Knuckles.
Now this "rumbling" Neal McDonough mentions could have very well been related to the last minute cameo offer from the director back in December but I like to believe that we could possibly be getting a Sonic The Hedgehog 2 with Dwayne The Rock Johnson starring in it in the near future. This makes me very happy I believe The Rock would be great in a follow up movie the only thing better than one Sonic movie is 2 Sonic movies and adding The Rock to it well... lets just say you couldn't go wrong there.
The Rock is a very talented actor and they did such a great job once they fixed Sonic's look on the movie listening to the fans for once. So lets get spin-dashing and get the word out about this to show your support for a new Sonic movie. We Sonic fans have some pull just look how quick they changed Sonic's look when we let them know they had done us wrong with that crazy look
. Tell me how many other movies characters and things actually get changed when fans spread there concern?
